Hi, I’m Jamie Rothe! After spending over 20 years in the dental world, I’ve seen firsthand how much a confident smile can change someone’s life. I started my career as an orthodontic assistant while attending Southern Utah University, later earning my Science degree from Weber State University. Over the years, I worked in several orthodontic offices, including nearly two decades with Elison Orthodontics, where I gained extensive experience in teeth whitening and patient care.
During that time, I noticed a growing need for safe, efficient, chemical-free whitening options, especially for patients getting their braces off and wanting to show off their new smile. That vision eventually grew into Brighter Shades Ahead, where I now offer professional, in-house whitening treatments that deliver incredible results in just 90 minutes for everyone.
My business is also deeply personal. After whitening teeth at Dr Elison's office for a few years, life threw me a hard curveball. I walked through three major waves of grief, including the heartbreaking loss of my brother to suicide. In those dark days, I realized I needed to turn my grief into something positive. That journey taught me the value of brighter days, which inspired the name Brighter Shades Ahead. It’s a reminder to me, and anyone else, that no matter how hard or dark life may feel, there are always brighter days ahead. This belief fuels my mission to help others feel more hope and confidence, starting with their smile.
Today, I’m not only a dental professional but also a wife, a mom of four, and someone who loves to travel, create memories, and soak up all the joy life has to offer.
